We would like to invite you to join us in supporting the cancer support community in their annual fundraising Hope Walk (run, bike, or exercise) this year. CSC is a non-profit that directly benefits bay area individuals who have been affected by this disease. The CSC organization provides support to individuals and their loved ones as they navigate a cancer diagnosis. We believe in the mission of this organization and the support it provides for others.
Personally, I have such a full heart for the work I offer the Cancer Support Community. I began over 5 1/2 years ago and now facilitate multiple support groups for individuals and families. This community continues to honor me with their trust, vulnerability, and sharing of their stories. I feel gratitude with being able to provide support for our members who are navigating cancer.
We appreciate this walk as it also honors our family’s journey with cancer which began in 2013 when David was diagnosed with primary CNS lymphoma. David continues to navigate treatment, while focusing on all of the positive aspects of life - his work, coaching high school girls’ basketball and enjoying time with family and friends.
